Here is a break down of my cycle tics, you know, the nuts and bolts of what makes it a cycle. The Tourette's is triggered by sensory input, because my system is so hyper sensitive and responsive to environmental stimuli, I am always either suppressing tics or exploding with tics. It all depends on how much rigid control I have over my immediate surroundings: no people, movement, sounds or unexpected happenings ... no tics. Oddly playing my guitar in a simplistic fashion and singing literally anything that enters my head helps regulate the tics.
